Throughout the site, the terms ”website”, ”webshop”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Eduards Accessories AB.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • By making purchases from, and using the website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
  • All contents within the Website are owned by Eduards Accessories. The information is protected by intellectual property and market laws. Names, images, graphics, design, product design, layout and information about products and other content may not be copied or used without our written approval.
  • Eduards Accessories have no liability in case of errors in images, product description or technical specifications, incorrect prices and price adjustments or inaccurate information regarding whether an item is in stock.
  • Eduards Accessories reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions and update the online retail at any time.
  • Events outside Eduards Accessories' control shall be considered Force Majeure.

PLACING AN ORDER / PAYMENTS

  • By placing an order at Eduards Accessories, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
  • Payment is handled by Klarna, Payson and PayPal. No payment is handled by Eduards Accessories.
  • The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
  • Shipping costs are recognized before confirming the purchase.
  • Prices for goods with a destination within Sweden and the EU are shown including VAT. 
  • For orders within the EU, EU VAT legislation applies. Eduards Accessories handles the collection and reporting of VAT within the purchase. 
  • Orders outside the EU will be handled without Swedish VAT and you will need to pay Import Tax and Duty according to your local legislation.
  • Eduards Accessories cannot be held responsible for any costs / fees / currency changes arising from currency exchange.

SHIPPING

  • We ship with PostNord / UPS / FedEx / DHL.
  • We will provide you with a tracking number for you to track the delivery.
  • Please note that Shipping time is a guideline and that Eduards Accessories can not be held responsible for any delays due to the freight company. However, we do wish for you to receive your order quickly and will choose shipping method based upon your location to provide you with a fast and traceable delivery.
  • We will do our best to ship your order without delay, preferably the same day or max. 2 weekdays after your order is placed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and national holidays.
  • Domestic shipping in Sweden mostly with DHL or PostNord, delivery time to a Service Point near you 1-4 days.
  • Shipping in Europe mostly with DHL, UPS and FedEx, delivery time to your home or Service Point 2-7 days.
  • Shipping to Other Destinations than Europe mostly with UPS and FedEx, delivery time to your home or Service Point 4-7 days.
  • Eduards Accessories ship to many regions worldwide, however we do not ship to all destinations. Should we not ship to your region, please make contact and we will do our best to help you.

SHIPPING FEES

  • Free shipping in Sweden on orders over 1000 kr / 100 Euro.
  • On orders below 1000 kr / 100 Euro within Sweden, a shipping fee of 79 kr / 7.90 Euro will be added.
  • Free shipping in EU on orders over 1000 kr / 100 Euro.
  • On orders below 1000 kr / 100 Euro within EU, a shipping fee of 79 kr / 7.90 Euro will be added.
  • Shipping cost to Non-EU destinations (USA ecxl.) 199 Sek / 19.99 Euro
  • Shipping cost to USA 499 Sek / 49.99 Euro
  • Packages that have not been collected within 14 days will be sent back to us. We will charge you, the customer, for any handling fee to cover return shipping, import and and freight companies' administrative costs.
  • If you do not collect your package and want to have it sent again, we will charge you for the additional shipping cost.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

  • Contact hello@eduardsaccessories.se before returning any products. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return your purchase.
  • Please treat the objects with care as the returned product must be in new and unused condition with original containers and dust bag intact.
  • You are free to return the product within 14 days of delivery and be refunded the cost of the product, excluding any additional shipping costs made in your purchase.
  • You, the customer, will pay for the return shipping and you are responsible for the product until it is delivered to us. Please choose a traceable return shipping option for a safe return.
  • Eduards Accessories can provide you with a return shipping label for a fee. Please email shop@eduardsaccessories.se before returning any products and/or to get a quote on your return shipping label.
  • When we receive your returned product and the condition is approved, we will handle your return without delay.
  • You will be refunded by your chosen payment method. Please note that all payments are handled by Klarna, Payson and PayPal, no payments are handled by Eduards Accessories.
  • Should you want to exchange your product for another color or model, contact us by shop@eduardsaccessories.se and we will provide you with instructions on how to return and exchange your purchase.
  • Eduards Accessories will handle all shipping costs for exchanged products in Sweden meaning that exchanging a product is free of charge within Sweden.

COMPLAINTS

  • If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
  • Please note that vegetable tanned, untreated leather is a material that changes over time due to exposure to light and moist. Since leather is a natural material, stains, marks and color variations are not to be seen as flaws but proof of authenticity. Should you not be satisfied with the condition of your product, please make contact with us without delay, max. 2 days upon delivery.
