DESIGNER'S NOTE
My journey from architecture to accessory design began in 2013. I was looking for a bag for my work, but couldn’t find one that felt right. So I designed it myself.
With my background as an architect, I work with form, proportion and construction. The first design in the collection was the Näver Big Shoulderbag, which laid the foundation for Eduards’ characteristic braided design language.
In my studio, I sketch and make prototypes by hand. I explore proportions and details before producing drawings for manufacturing in Sweden. This approach allows me to combine traditional methods with contemporary techniques and gives me an overview and understanding of the entire process.

DESIGN AND PRODUCTION
The work begins in the studio, where each model takes shape through sketches and prototypes. With a background in architecture, the focus is on form, proportion and construction.
The bags are made in Sweden in vegetable-tanned leather, a material that changes over time and develops a patina through use, shaping the character of each piece.
The Näver collection is based on a braided construction, where traditional techniques have been developed further within Eduards’ characteristic design language.
