The Näver Clog is a wooden clog with a braided leather upper, designed and carefully developed by architect Cecilia Eduards in our studio in Gothenburg and handcrafted in Sweden. Part of Eduards Accessories’ braided Näver collection, it translates the signature pattern into a new sculptural form.

The low model has a generous fit with ample room for the foot and a stable feel. The braided leather upper adds structure and character, while the open back makes the clog easy to slip on and off. It works as naturally with relaxed summer wear as with denim or more dressed combinations.

Each pair is handcrafted in Småland by a family-run manufacturer with long experience in traditional Swedish clog production. The upper is made from vegetable-tanned leather, and the ergonomically shaped wooden sole is carved on site to create a solid and supportive base.

Crafted from vegetable-tanned leather and wood, materials that develop character over time, the Näver Clog brings together Swedish clog tradition and Eduards’ braided design in a balanced, architectural form.

Näver Clog is crafted from vegetable-tanned leather and a waxed wooden sole – natural materials that age beautifully over time. The leather is tanned using organic extracts, and natural marks and color variations may occur – a characteristic that confirms the authenticity of our materials and artisanal production. The braided leather upper may feel firm at first but will soften and mold to your foot with wear.

Leather care
The leather develops a beautiful patina and softens over time – a process that confirms its vegetable-tanned nature. Use leather care products regularly to preserve its natural beauty and durability. To extend its lifespan, protect the surface from sharp objects, keep the shoes clean and moisturized, and avoid excessive exposure to water. If the shoes get wet, allow them to air dry at room temperature.

Wood sole care
Clean when needed with a lightly damp cloth and allow the shoes to air dry at room temperature. To remove scratches or marks, gently use fine sandpaper. Applying a thin layer of wood oil or wax regularly will help protect the wood and maintain its quality.

Find Your Size
Our clogs are handcrafted and may vary slightly in size. Näver Clog Low has a wider fit – if you have narrow feet, you may want to size down. Keep in mind that foot length is the most important factor when choosing your size.

How to measure your foot: Measure barefoot with your heel against a wall on a flat surface. Place a ruler along the inside of your foot and use a flat object (such as a book) to mark the length at your longest toe. If your foot length falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.

We offer Free Shipping within Sweden and the EU on orders above 1000 SEK / 100 EUR. For orders below 1000 SEK / 100 EUR, a shipping fee of 79 SEK / 7.90 EUR will be added.

Domestic shipping within Sweden: Standard delivery time to Service Point is 1–4 days with DHL / PostNord. Purchases include Swedish VAT (25%).

Shipping EU: Standard delivery time to your home or Service Point is 2–7 days with DHL / UPS / FedEx / PostNord. EU VAT is collected at the time of purchase.

Shipping International: Standard delivery time to your home or Service Point is approximately 4–9 days with DHL / UPS / FedEx / PostNord. For export orders outside the EU, Swedish VAT (25%) is not charged. Local duties and taxes are set by the destination country and will be collected upon delivery.

Exchanges
Exchanges for another style or size are free of charge in our showroom, Eduards Studio in Gothenburg. If you wish to exchange your item via mail, simply place a new order and return the original item. Please note that the item must be unused, in new condition, and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Returns
We hope you love your item, but if you change your mind, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in new condition, and returned in its original packaging.
